Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MIDAY SOLUTIONS ("mi day", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the mi day platform — including this website (mi-day.net), the mi day ERP (erp.mi-day.net), our mobile applications, and public organization pages hosted on our domain.

mi day is a Saudi software platform used by nurseries, kindergartens, schools, and sports academies ("organizations") to manage their daily operations and communicate with their staff and families.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, and mobile number of platform users (organization staff, parents, and guardians).
  • Organization data: information organizations enter to run their operations — including student and child profiles, attendance, daily updates, assessments, photos and media, and billing records.
  • Technical data: device information, log records, and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Payment data: processed by licensed payment providers; we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the platform for organizations and their families.
  • To send service messages — such as login verification codes (OTP), notifications, reminders, reports, and invoices — by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app push notifications.
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
  • To protect the security of the service and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. WhatsApp and messaging channels

We deliver service messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta Platforms), SMS providers, and email providers. Your phone number is shared with these providers only as needed to deliver the message. Our messages are transactional and service-related — verification codes, notifications, and reminders — and are sent to registered platform users. We do not use your contact details for third-party marketing.

4. Children’s data

Organizations use mi day to manage information about the children in their care. This data is entered and controlled by the organization, which remains its primary custodian; we process it on the organization’s behalf and instructions to provide the service. Parents and guardians can direct questions about their child’s data to their organization or to us using the contact details below.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform — cloud hosting, messaging delivery (including Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, and SMS and email providers), and payment gateways — and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Data storage and protection

Platform data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as the related account or organization subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as required for legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to non-essential processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We respond in line with the PDPL.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for signing in and remembering your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; material changes are announced on the platform.
